Verified Customer - reviewed on 04 April 2026 Eizo is a niche brand. Their monitors are not the fastest, they’re not the brightest, they don’t have all the bells and whistles of “gaming†monitors so if you are looking at high refresh rates, UHD, bling lights, sound quality to rival dedicated speakers etc look elsewhere.
What they do have is superb picture quality for office work and the bulletproof reliability of a product made in Japan. Which is why you will frequently see Eizo monitors for instance in a Radiology room. They do not break, they are designed to last a decade, they just work no matter what you throw at them - be it a MAC, a Windows computer, a console etc.
This particular model is huge, essentially a 43 inch TV with passable sound quality (slightly better compared to their smaller screens as they integrate larger speakers but still not up there with, say, the Apple Studio) and an integrated KVM switch which works with two computers - the one connected via USB-C and a second HDMI / DisplayPort of your choice. There is also a Ethernet connection which can be shared. You get a IR remote control as well which can turn it on/off, enter menus, adjust volume, brightness etc.
It is a complete office package, particularly useful if you need, for instance, to display two desktops (or three, or four) at the same time, side by side which you can do using the dedicated Eizo app.
Every time I get bored of Eizo and get a bling monitor (the most recent was an Apple Studio) I inevitably end up missing the Japanese screen because it is easy on the eyes and it just works, no matter the environment. It doesn’t impress when you look at the specs and the image might seem bland on first impression (although do watch a 4K 60Hz video on YouTube before dismissing it!) but that is the point: Eizo is a workhorse, it’s an accurate monitor which simply displays what is on screen, without fuss and without trying to impress in any way.

My games are super sharp with a clarity very pleasing on the eye. To take it to the next level though a nice new graphics card might be next on my shopping list.
